Movement Medicine
Starting low and slow to get the nervous system grounded, moving into stimulating breathwork and movement yoga-based flow to unblock and clear energy, and finishing with touch and/or music meditation to seal in the medicine.
Music Medicine
Explore the ancient practices of mantra, devotional singing, and somatic vocalization to engage with the subtle energies within and around us, building a relationship of trust with our bodies, our mother earth, and our reality. No experience is necessary - come ready to use your voice and your body. It doesn't matter how it sounds, only how it feels. And it's going to feel really, really good.
Group Workshops

One-on-One Sessions: In-Person or Virtual
I offer in-person and virtual private sessions for yourself or as a gift for someone special in your life. You will work directly with me, one on one, to connect with your own medicine in the comfort of your home or in a gentle space provided for you. Modalities include breathwork coaching, nervous system education, coregulation, space-holding, private yoga instruction, emotional clearing/energy movement, singing meditation & sound healing. Available on a session by session basis or by ongoing mentorship.
